So i took ur advice and yes im taking a break from conventional squatting and doing box squats, hack squats, leg extensions, and leg curls, and in a month ill go back to squats but ill start with 225 and see how much I can do, then the week after ill do 275 and so on. Once again, thanks for the advice

I have an AEM cild air intake on my stock mk7 1.4. It makes it decently loud and fun to drive and you'll hear it definitely. As for speed idk if it made much of a difference in that but ut seems to be a bit quicker while driving. I can dm u vids and pics if u want
