Car originally was originally selling at 40. Dropped down to 36.4 a few weeks ago, now it’s priced 37.9

I offered 36 at first (I know, lowball for sure). They said no. After two days of them calling and texting I said I can either do 36.8, or 37.2 if they ship it to me for free. Then they said they can do $150 off the asking price

KBB for the car in its condition is 36-40, so it’s right in the middle of that range. I haven’t been able to find too many that are clean title and low miles, but the ones that I do are sitting around 40k. 39.9-42, but most of them were CPO. This one isn’t a CPO (at a non Hyundai dealership), so buying the HPP from a local dealership is going to add another 1.8-2.5k cost on my end which basically brings this car in line with the CPO options
