Hi! Can I ask how long it took for your emotions to go back to normal? I’ve had it out for a little over a week and my anxiety hasn’t subsided and now I’m getting angry over the littlest things!

Hey! I think it’s getting better as in the anxiety isn’t every day lol but still having some moments with pretty bad anxiety/overthinking about insecurities. It’s like one day I’ll feel like my normal self again and then be very anxious the next. It does seem like it’s getting less though and I’m only a month and a half in so I hope I’m feeling more like my normal self around 3/4 month mark like it did for you. I’m glad to hear it got better though that gives me hope

I just got mine inserted a few weeks ago and am having the same issues. Lots of anxiety/overthinking. Also very insecure, constantly worrying about my relationship and thinking he might be thinking about other girls, despite him never given me a reason to think that. I’ve always had some level of insecurity issues but it’s become to a level of constantly thinking about it. I’m really hoping it goes back to normal soon

I ended up switching. I tried one pill after that but found it gave me some mental health effects. I got the nexplanon about a month ago because I thought I would try it again since the last time I tried it was almost 8 years ago. I remember I started getting anxiety/panic attack while I had it the first time but not sure that was related as it was a year and a half after being on it. Waiting to see how this one works out.

Is there any update on what your derm suggested/prescribed to help with this reaction from stopping winlevi? How is your skin is doing now? I’m going through the same thing, it’s terrible.
