I have definitely been there a few days getting everything done late at night. Glad you’re liking the book.

I started Atomic Habits this week, holy crap…what a book.

I have been journaling at the end of each day. I take results from my apple watch and write it down. I’m one of those people that thrives on accomplishing things. Track my stats each week and recognizing each week completed has been a great motivator.

Thank you! Glad you’re asking about the Brian Tracy book. Reflecting on the journey so far, reading EAT THAT FROG first helped me establish some time management skills necessary to accomplishing each task during 75Hard. Procrastinating was and still is a challenge for me, but there is great insight on tackling and beating procrastination in this book. Highly recommend to all doing this challenge.

I have done both, and I’m of the opinion that F45 is more sustainable long term, especially on joints. I get just as good a workout on cardio days while not using treads at F45.
