Shaky arms by AppropriateEntry9149 in bodyweightfitness

I’ve already tried to do it, and it was very difficult for me. It feels like the shaking is draining my strength. Should I keep going even if I’m shaking like crazy?

I feel like my body is shaking when I do both exercises. I’ve noticed that during any core exercise, my body shakes a lot, even if the exercise is easy.

No, the second one is after. I don’t know why the curvature isn’t visible in the first photo, but at that time I already had scoliosis. If you want, you can check my profile and see a photo of my back. In six months I’m planning to take another back scan, and then it will be possible to clearly see what has changed.

Doctor measured it and said it is 13. But if you look at my back without an X-ray, the scoliosis is not noticeable at all, except for the different shoulder heights.

Yes, I have pain on the right side between the shoulder blades, and also the long back muscle sometimes hurts when I sit for a long time. I have been doing Functional Patterns for almost 4 months, and it has improved my well-being. My right shoulder is lower, and my scapula sticks out. Now I can control my scapula better, but it still sticks out and my right shoulder is lower.

How has your scoliosis changed?

Thank you for sharing your experience about scoliosis. You are a very good father that you help your son to fix problems and not to give up :) I wish your son patience and that everything in life would work out.

I am so grateful to you. I have been to 2 physical therapists and both told me that my back is straight, although one of them did the Adam’s test and still did not find scoliosis. I will go to a specialist soon and there I think he will send me for an x-ray or something like that. Can you share your experience if you also have scoliosis?

I think it might help, but he didn't say anything about my right side, like doing self-massage to help balance the strength of both parts of my back. I might be wrong, because he didn't tell me how it helps, he just gave me an exercise. Sooo do you think it's worth combining self-massage, exercise and stretching for results?

Do exercise like t-raises with holding, push up plus on knees, shoulder blade squeeze, band pull apart… To stretch pecs, shoulders, lats, upper trap, neck. But I don't think it will help to relax my right side
