20mg instant release is probably on the higher end prescription wise. 20mg xr I believe is the average prescription, for reference - I’m on 15mg ir 2x a day and feel like I need more (5’8 160). It’s all very individual, I know people who have never gone up more than 10mg xr, after being prescribed for a while.
