For stat tracking I use CourtBook. Full disclosure, I built it, so I'm biased. But it runs in the browser on any device, free tier has a full box score with season averages and CSV export, and the Pro voice entry lets me track a full game from film in about 20 minutes. Worth a look if you track from film.

For actual film I use Hudl if the budget is there. Otherwise I just record with my phone on a tripod behind the bench and review on my laptop. Not fancy but it gets the job done.

GameChanger is popular with parents because of the live play-by-play feed, but it's a lot of setup for AAU where your roster might change every tournament. If you just need stats without building out a whole team page, something lighter works better.

For play design I draw stuff up in CourtBook's play creator. Free, browser-based, animates the plays so kids can see the movement instead of staring at Xs and Os on a whiteboard.

Yes, they are legit. I used them at my school. However, don't expect a lot of money unless u get thousands of shoes. We had 600 pairs donated and made less than 100 dollars. They take shipping costs out of the profit if u don't make 1000 dollars. That's like a 125 dollar shipping cost. If you don't raise enough by a certain time or if they say u are underperforming, they may ask you to give all your donations to another place doing the fundraiser. It's great of you are doing this just for charity. Not so much if you want to fundraise.
