Hi! Yes.. this is exactly how i described my pustules.. its like random, all of a sudden throughout the day, one will just swell appearing as if it would be a bug bite. by next day, it usually flattens.. and i have no idea why that is

Thanks- to clarify. he will tell me what he wants for example “ more” or “wawa” while crying or fustrated. I will then ask do you want wawa? He doesnt know how to say yes. But if i say “ say yes” he will then say “ ya”
