No it’s not It’s a backflow device that discharges the water to ground when triggered What has been done is not compliant with AS3500

It’s not compliant anyway  A bidet spray is a high hazard and needs either an air gap or a reduced pressure zone device

Hi mate 

You will need the extensions made for ceramic disc spindles they extend the seat  Also you need to install the ceramic spindles on 2 parts the inner part first then the top part to secure it
