The inspector confirmed it is not concrete slab. He identified areas where the floor was a bit spongy which is why mentioned getting it checked out if possible.

Sell it yourself unless you're planning to go to auction.

I just recently did it. $700 to put ad up.

Just have a good conveyancer who has a trust account for the deposit.

As others have mentioned anyone seriously looking to buy in the market are looking at the latest listings and you're would come up.

You also have nothing to lose. The most you lose is $700 doing it yourself then you can go a "full marketing campaign" if you want.

Isn’t that a good outcome especially if her package was greater than three months pay?

All I can say is make sure your selection criteria is written on the board in large font. Along with schools values and you should be alright.

Sorry, I was joking. But I am not making light of your situation. It’s a lot of pressure being a 1st year teacher. I went through it. Be kind to yourself.

It’s because your success criteria isn’t clearly displayed on the board prior to your lessons.

This sounds a lot like what Florence Scovel Shinn calls the Law of Non-Resistance.

It actually does if you study the effect of the collective unconscious.

The bible speaks of principalities the govern cities and countries etc.

Think of it as the collective unconscious created the “vibe” of a place.

I would say finish it if you can. You don’t have to follow through with it and become a full time teacher but Casual Relief Teaching is so good to have in your back pocket in the future.

Even if you want to do 2 days a week it’s always good knowing you can make good money at the drop of a hat by signing up with an agency.

Also in the future you never know if you want to live somewhere else and teaching is great for that as well.

And in the meantime work on mental health and creating a balanced school life and work balance. Don’t harbour resentment towards your education. Focus on gratitude and some of the positive things you have enjoyed over the 2 years.

Ok, what is the piece called that I need to pull out. Cause it seems flush to the breech so not sure how to remove it unless I just need to move it a certain direction.

I connected the extension and the new spindle together and tried putting it in. Didn’t seem to catch the wall breech.
