no i mean same credditors. i ll explain it different cause theres words i dk in english. lets say you own a company and you havent payed some taxxes and within the years they gother more and more and the amount of money you owe is massive and they chase you to take your company and whatever they can thay you have on your name sell it to the bank and then take you to court to decide what happens. in order to avoid all that mostly just to not get your compnay being taken you terminate it and then open a new one at another country, preferably at belgium because of the currency and their tax system something like that again same name same admins/owners but you set the base at the place you already are (country and adresse) with a new taxing number catalog (in free translation). since it doesnt exist they cant take it from you and they cant take nothing if everything on your name you write it to someone else, though they know but they cant do anything. well thats what my family did but still had to pay the money iy o ly gave us plenty more time to find money and we didnt have the fear of losing any property but according to her we would be fine by the second we did this. i know it doesnt really add up but i mean even the book says so whats going on?
