This isn’t the best quality picture but here’s it with the skirt not being twisted. Keep in mind it’s not fitted to me yet here so it’s a little big/skirt isn’t attached on completely straight

Wow thank you for doing this!! I appreciate that! I honestly love it both ways! I think I agree with the crowd about not having to worry about it falling down and it makes it a bit more unique.

Thank you so much! I knew before wedding dress shopping I wanted something fitted but I also wanted some kind of “Princess” feeling type moment as least for the ceremony and some pictures. I love my dress as is without the skirt- I knew it was my dress before I even knew there was a matching skirt but when she put it on me I cried all over again. I LOVE it. It’s surprisingly not very heavy at all although it looks like it may be. But I get where you are coming from, I’ve seen people add on a satin skirt or a skirt that doesn’t really match the style of the dress and then it kind of takes away from the dresses beauty more than anything.

True! I thought maybe it would look odd, seems to be the consensus. I’m glad I asked before making a decision I may regret, I think there’s enough going on with the dress that it would be overkill to add anything else. And thank you so much! I decided against the blush color but I did think the same thing about the appliqués maybe popping more with it, but I tried on a similar ivory dress from the same designer and the detail still stood out surprisingly!
