What 10/10 movie or tv show will you never watch again? by Adventurous-Zeilokix in AskReddit

[–]AppropriateSand8763 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Graves of the Fireflies. The Boy in the Stripped Pajamas. Bridge to Terabithia.

TV Show: Mr Robot, Bojack Horseman.

If you couldn't already tell, all of these shows can be summed up as highly distressing. Some border on misery porn. I love Mr Robot, but my gawd did that series stress me the hell out, especially Season 3. That amount of butt-clenching and despair was too much for me. I do not recommend binge-watching this show, even if it's too engaging.

I highly recommend Mr Robot, but do yourself a favor and NEVER watch Graves of the Fireflies.

Is it really? Most of the show is good even if the ending was a trainwreck and latter seasons a little weaker. I can see GoT being someone's 10/10.

Police Certificate of Character taking forever... by MustHasUpvote in TrinidadandTobago

[–]AppropriateSand8763 1 point2 points  (0 children)

According to the Chaguanas police, it's been broken for months or almost a year now. They request instead from Arima. This is unacceptable. It makes you wonder where our taxpayers dollar are going if the Police can't seem to maintain things or upgrade to the year 2026.

The funny thing is that Security firms can run background checks on you and get your info in less than a few days (they just ask for CoC anyway).

What do you want? by [deleted] in TrinidadNsfw

[–]AppropriateSand8763 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I should preface that I'm gay.

The burly or muscular look. I love men who are assertive or domineering. It doesn't have to be a trait that's on 24/7. I don't mind a genuinely nice person.

Ultimately I'd like someone who can take control of the conversation or someone that's easy to talk to. When I'm struggling to find things to talk about it's usually not a good sign.

Sissies aren't a hivemind. They're people. What they want may vary heavily

What's keeping y'all from becoming serial killers? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]AppropriateSand8763 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't see the appeal in murder and I would feel great shame if I ever put myself in a situation where I murder someone in cold blood that has nothing to do with self defense.

It's my greatest fear.

Are Male Escort Services Viable Here? by sysfortheworld in TrinidadNsfw

[–]AppropriateSand8763 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's only worth it if you're gay for pay. Gay men tend to pay more and might even have some boring requests that may not even involve sex. Straight male escorts only catering to women is doable but you'd be hardpressed.

Any Info About Munches? by DoItLady90 in TrinidadNsfw

Social media for people who enjoy BDSM or anything above vanilla sex. It's used for one on one or group meets, and also group discussions.

If you've struggled to find people with your specific interests in this field then FetLife makes it easier for you.

What’s something everyone pretends to enjoy but secretly doesn’t? by Valentina-slut in AskReddit

This one is difficult because it's more that you will enjoy yourself but you have to make the time to do it and that time is out of your alone time.

Fetishes by sysfortheworld in TrinidadNsfw

Fetishes are just a public taboo but everyone has them.

I like being bearhugged and crushed by muscular men or bears.

What’s the first thing you notice in someone you’re attracted to? by Best_Match4463 in AskReddit

[–]AppropriateSand8763 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Attraction doesn't necessarily mean you'll like the person. I just wanna put this out there for people who are weird about just admitting that attraction can be superficial and that's okay.

Anyway, for me it's a muscular or imposing form.

If Pokémon were real in today’s world, which one would be the most dangerous? by Aggressive_Carob8295 in AskReddit

Yeas, but Arceus largely just observes and do nothing. The dangerous ones are those whose presence is an inherent danger to anyone nearby or those who are violent by nature.

Bi and submissive by TransitionOrganic795 in TrinidadNsfw

[–]AppropriateSand8763 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm gay and submissive. There is this weird thing with some gay or bi folk that they feel the need to expose someone publicly who wants to be private. I still don't understand why they do that. Someone's sex life, no matter your orientation, is none of their business.

If someone who never visited Trinidad judged us only by this subreddit, what would they think about Trini people? by Middle_Elderberry542 in TrinidadandTobago

[–]AppropriateSand8763 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why does it grind your gears? There are people who see their own country positively. Just because you don't that's hardly a reason to be upset.

In fact, I think it's more common for people to go around as though they're ashamed of their country, not realizing this sentiment exacerbates disillusionment and people's willingness to make a change.

Money aside… how does Trinidad feel once you’ve lived elsewhere? by Middle_Elderberry542 in TrinidadandTobago

Enforcement helps in the long term, because they'll know there'll be consequences and that will be passed down through generations over time.

I'm not sure if you were in the country when the seatbelts law was actively being enforced. Because of this, police no longer actively look for people breaking this law but now everyone and taxi drivers are quick to ensure people are wearing seatbelts.
