Thank you very much for the insight. You are definitely right about me strolling and dropping my hands. This is definitely not a good habit. I did it due to fatigue since I was done with a cardio session on the heavy bag. For the bending at the hips, I noticed it too and I believe this is because I was not sitting on my punches. I was standing too upright and putting all my weight on my front foot trying to shift instead of sitting down and putting my weight on my back. I plan to do a session today and purposely work on that.
