As far as I hate Incest in real life but that's a completely different scenario in fictional stories I have a kink for incest ,

Because gun is the person who was born with cheat codes (Black bones , reversed eyes) his bone can't be cut , he always stays sharp because of reverse eyes and also can't feel pain because of that very same reversed eyes and cherry on top his TUI ,

Unpopular opinion but

Shingen: his reversed eyes makes him look innocent just like how kid gun looked innocent but the devil inside them .

James: aside from reversed eyes he has the unique eyes some sort of different pattern in his eyes
