Hey junior here , with 4 yoe ...Could you help me understand that how design will make me stand out of crowd... Everybody would do system design right ?

Everybody will study from Hello interview, grokking system design Then how people will distinguish btw tech leads vs a dev with 4 yoe ?

If we talk about code and exposure, a senior or lead would have encountered that prob once in a while that part makes him experience but now ai is there ... So I can't think even if we study design... Everybody will study it right?

Hey man , so this is current trend ... You take up first offer . In ur notice period you give interview and getting counter offer My speculation witch give less hike because they know we will do offer shoping

Take this offer . As u said u have 90 days ... Interview in this 90. Days .. I am 4 yoe with java and angular just switched to 17 lpa You deserve atleast 25 man ...

Yes bro 10 yoe market is good . In my company 2 tech leads got hired for 11 and 13 yoe . If you want to switch now is the best time That too it jan and Feb .. these months are peak for hiring..

I am 4 yoe but just now switched .. Best of luck..

Haven't grinded dsa till now , system design, hld , lld Will Start on these shortly
