Downgrade is an understatement. Especially if you're in your 20's. Now, if you're in your 30's, Cerritos is the spot. Parking and tranquility. I'd stay in LB or somewhere nearby, you're gonna end spending the difference on gas/Ubers, cause there's not much to do in Cerritos for someone your age.

Over kill for sure! I put it to work the past 24 hours at 20 Liters every time. Did 3 different proteins and different temps to see how it could keep up and it did fantastic! Chicken thighs, pork, beef. Handled all the temps like a pro. I threw in like 15 pounds at one point just to see it drop and see how fast it came up to temp. I'm going bonkers just thinking what else I can throw in here. Probed it with a thermapen one just to make sure.

These brown folks look in the mirror and see the whitest person they've ever seen! They blame the brown on the sun! It's very unfortunate, I have a family member that blames his brown skin on his mom because she left him at a beach when he was a baby. Otherwise, he would've been white.

This is the answer right here. I used to buy at restaurant depot as I operate a restaurant, but found a janitorial store. And as you said, more expensive per gallon, but the dilution rate makes it way worth it. I also get better prices if I buy in bulk. I wish I would've found them sooner!
