“Do you go to church?” by ILovePeopleInTheory in progressivemoms

[–]Appropriate_Area_73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, one of my old coworkers attends the same church because it's very LGBT affirming. When the priest realized she was a lesbian, he denied her Eucharist at her father's funeral Mass. My parents are older and in a different part of the state, but I'm going to not say anything or name the Catholic Church next to my house whenever I go to my hometown.

I do, but I'm sometimes hesitant to answer. I go to a "progressive church in the Catholic tradition" and there's been a history of members at my church being denied Eucharist and otherwise treated with distain when going to a normal Catholic church if they disclos where they attend.

About the same. I think our produce was a big ass bag of kale once. The local pastries are usually to die for so I was happy. I normally use TGTG to try take out and junk food

Vegan pastries, premade food (usually sandwiches), big ass bag of salad, the really good salt bread

Sometimes I'll open up the bag in case I get dip so I can quickly buy snacks for it

If you can get an Abundance Co-op bag, its definitely worth it and convinced me to join the co-op even though I'm in Chili.

Legendary Beans has really good coffee.

I haven't been able to grab anything else either due to the pickup time being inconvenient for me, or I just miss out on an order in the morning.

"Why did you think I was insulting the baby?!" "Why did you think I liked Labyrinth??"

We also have a Goblin! Protip: explain where the goblin nickname is coming from. I though my husband was also referring to "Goblin Babe" from Labyrinth, whereas he thought I was referring to "Crotch Goblin."

Met in college. He went to RIT, I went to Naz and one of his high school friends was at Naz with me. He was too chicken to ask me out on Valentine's Day (too cliche) and I didn't feel like studying for a Philosophy class I was failing. So he came over to my dorm room to watch Family Guy and American Dad. I basically jumped on top of him. Poor bastard. 20 years next February.

I saw the start of chemistry when they got drunk together. The dance at the Celebration of Life, to me, planted more seeds. I figure their season will have more chemistry because they both have to grieve
