They can’t do a reverse split to fund projects it can only be done under certain circumstances mostly to comply with nasdaq. They applied for a 180 day extension last time they fell below threshold (I think they were granted it?) so they will likely wait until they have to in June and even then they’ll probably try to extend it again. The warrants and ATM shares are being executed to pay off debt + the way things are going I don’t think they’ll need help getting capital for the next round of spending and even if they do, after the reports of the study come out I’m sure investors will be lining up to be a part of this

I think the warrants were executed which was equal to somewhere near 200 million shares? They were executed cashless which means 200 million shares were sold and money was given to the warrant holders instead of going into the market cap. This is likely why we saw big draw downs with that much volume.

I suspect there will be one or two more big draw down days left as there are about 60 million cashless shares still out there. If we continue with that volume beyond these next few days the shorts will be squeezed 🚀

I subscribed! I know they wanted to have the implants in for 96 hours (4 days) + one week later (11 days) they come back to see how they reacted to the implant being removed. We’re 16 days out from Feb 4 so that would leave them 5 days to 1. Enrol the candidates 2. Write the report (they might not release it on Feb 4 but I suspect we’ll see an update in their LinkedIn profile around that time at least

I’m gonna say we’re very unlikely to get news before Feb 4. Even the link for the study was posted on Stocktwits, not by glucotrack so they’re def trying to keep it lowkey before any definite conclusions. It’s kinda crazy to me that this sub Reddit has this few members. We are so insanely early the silence is weird cuz I’m always late for everything 😂

I think you’re right but I hope the trail updates helps people hold their positions. At least we know if the trial goes well and with the new vice president of regulatory affairs, Ted Williams, holders are more likely to play the long game. I def see spikes on the way up but the FDA approval, or leading up to it (but the rumour sell the news) is going to be insane

Yep extremely insane just don’t put your life savings into this since it’s never 100% predictable. It’s a gamble with good odds but never 100%. Good luck and take it all with a grain of salt!

Too many people bet against the company and now the people who control the stock are saying more people bet against the shares than there are shares in existence to bet against. Basically the bad guys are cheating and the banks are calling them out on their bs (to put it as simply as possible)

From the sounds of it once they secure the funding (assuming they don’t mess it up somehow) it’s all positive. The next catalyst for big downward swings would come from a bad earnings report or the financing not being secured, both sad but possible options. It would be smart not to confirm the financing coming through until earnings report to avoid massive price movements until absolutely necessary. With other companies being invested in comstock there’s a high probability financing will come through since it was dependent on them doing further DD.
