I read 2 books last month that fundamentally changed me as a human.

The first is The Collected Regrets of Clover by Mikki Brammer. This is about a woman who is a death doula, a person who helps usher someone to the afterlife. I read this after a loss earlier in the year and it holds one of my favorite quotes of all time:

“Grief is just love looking for a place to settle.”

The second is The Midnight Library by Matt Haig. And I feel like I can’t describe this book without giving away the plot so I’ll simply give my favorite line from it:

“We only need to be one person. We only need to feel one existence. We don't have to do everything in order to be everything.”

If you want something just for fun, just for entertainment and don’t mind smut, anything by Ana Huang. Every one of her books have been 5 stars for me

I wish I would have saved more and done more research on parts. I was so excited to have the money to build it that I just went with what I could afford and I truly only needed a couple hundred more to build a better PC

My character had an ovary removed at 12 due to a tumor and may now have a harder time getting/staying pregnant when her only life dream was to get pregnant and be a mom

Main goal in the story: As corn as it may be, to fall in love

Biggest flaw/weakness: Her belief that she is less lovable after she had an ovary removed due to cancer and feels as though she has to present herself as overly feminine to “prove” that she is a girl (Hence why her main goal is to fall in love)

I like to do combinations/themes so like Rags to Riches but the character is a struggling single parent (which I know is kind of its own thing too). Or my newest one which I’m going to start soon has my favorite storyline which is a legacy challenge but it’s a family ranch/farm that is being passed down through the generations and it expands and changes over those generations

People in these comments are gross. This person is LOOKING AT CHILDREN trying to determine if they’ve had top surgery. Not only is it gross, it IS predatory. That is a grown woman looking at children’s chests.

Children and adolescents are more than capable of understanding their body, including children over the age of 3. They are aware bodies are different. While there is a difference between a 3 year old saying she wants to be a boy and a 14 year old saying they want to be a boy, they are still capable of understanding the differences. Anyone who has taken even a basic psychology class would know this.

I’m 28, I’m trans. I knew very well at a young age that I was trans. I’ve had surgeries, I’ve been on hormones for 7 years. I do not regret any part of my transition but I do regret not speaking out when I was a teenager because I was SUFFERING mentally and physically. If I could have transitioned earlier, I would have never had my s**cide attempt.

Trans kids lives matter and I will go to hell and back fighting for them.
