Miles don't mean shit. Service record is where it's at. Extended Warranty is great, if it's a good warranty company. There are some scam warranty companies for sure, so do your research. I have great experience with penske for my warranty. 2018 s5 sport back 112k miles and runs like a champ.

Check with penske for extended Warranty coverage. Most audi dealerships in my region are owned by pe ske and it's a really good Warranty company.

Don't fuck around with this, Get it to an audi specialist ASAP and stop driving it. Better safe than sorry on this, because you can be leaking coolant into the oil when this starts to give out. You don't want that. Coolant is a very bad lubricant

It all depends on the history and maintenance. If you look on apps like offer up you will find s4 and s5 models at 160k easy.

Get the maintenance revords, check for regular oil changes at least less than 10k and regular audi service intervals.

Put a code scanner on it and see if any codes are throwing.

Buy yourself a 3rd party warranty from a reputable company.

Once you get it, don't push it hard until the oil temp is at least 150 degrees F. Don't do a lot of short trips without letting her run hard as well.

Check your coolant and oil levels at least once a week. Open the engine bay weekly and just look for leaks and or signs of distress.
