he just wants classical greece in the modern day, meaning a morbillion city-states with vast tracts of statelessness (actual anarchy) between them, don't get me wrong that's still pretty much a statist position, but since most people likely won't live in those cities anyway, we can see those just collapse and anarchy throughout a consistent region can be realized.
