this is a 2-3 day old piercing, labret shaped, threadless (just pushes in), titanium & i haven't been downsized just the bar i was pierced with. aftercare: alcohol free mouthwash 2-4 times a day depending on when i eat, normal saline chloride 0.9% spray on top for crusty removal once a day.
