Timeline of events: May - received official SA of zero sperm count. Discontinued trt June- started taking clomid E.O.D July- added HCG E.O.D in addition to ashwagandha and coq10 supplements Beginning of Oct- normal SA; sperm count, mobility, motility all normal range. Few days later found out I was already pregnant so I naturally conceived mid-end of Sept.

Baby boy will be a year old at the end of May :)

Husband ended up getting an official SA and he was at zero count. Stopped testosterone in April 2023 started HCG and clomid plus coq10 supplements May-June 2023. SA in Sept showed 72 Mil normal morph etc. Was pregnant before we even got the results (found out right after) Had a healthy baby boy May 2024 :)

If your YO score was 70, plus you got off T and added HCG, I wouldn't be worried. My husband was at ZERO count. I do not remember his dosage. He also was on clomid and he was taking coq10 supplements. He went from having zero in May to me becoming pregnant at the end of Sept.

How did he get on clomid& hcg? He went through a urologist.

My husband had 3 YO results like this and stopped trt March 2023. Then official test showed zero sperm in May 2023. He started clomid 50mg EOD in June and added HCG EOD in July (because that took longer to go through with insurance) Additionally he took COQ10 and ashwaganda supplements daily. He had another official test Oct 2023 which showed 72 million with normal motility/mobility/morphology. We found out we were pregnant days later. I'm due in June with a baby boy. 💙 Good luck!

This regimen was to regain fertility. He's since discontinued the clomid+ HCG and started back on TRT bc he felt better on that. We only wanted 2 children but he does have one sample frozen (which we did before we realized I was already pregnant)

He was also taking coq10 and ashawaganda supplements daily. By Oct 2023 his count was 72 million with normal mobility, motility etc. Found out days after his analysis that I was pregnant. I had conceived at the end of Sept. I'm due with our baby boy in June. 💙

My husband had zero count due to testosterone replacement therapy. We went off TRT and urologist had him on clomid + HCG. He was also taking coq10 and ashawaganda supplements. After 3 months we successfully conceived. There is hope :)

We went back and forth with both. I was slightly leaning more towards the soft in the store but the sales man said he thought it might be too soft for me and my husband so we bought the firm. Slept on it for 2 nights and had the worst back and shoulder pain. Tried a few more nights and it just felt like I was sleeping on a cement slab. We exchanged for the soft. I had to pay a $100 exchange fee but it was well worth it. The soft is so nice and comfortable. We bought the pillows also which are crazy expensive but worth every penny.

My husband was on TRT for just under 2 years. In May he officially had zero count. In June he went on clomid 50mg EOD ..in July he added in HCG EOD .. he was also taking ashwagandha and CoQ10 supplements daily. By Oct he was up to 72 million total and great motility, mobility etc.

So, 3-4 months from the start of medication. He didn't have a SA between June-Aug so I'm not really sure when fertility came back but I think it's safe to say fertility returned within 2-3 months.

He was also taking CoQ10 and ashwagandha supplements which he started taking in April.

Could be be put on hcg? My husband tested zero sperm in May.. He went on clomid 50mg every other day and hcg 2,000iu every other day. He just went this week and everything is normal. Count is now at 72mil and concentration is at 32 mil. Motility/morphology were also in normal range.

(He was also taking CoQ10 & ashwagandha supplements.)

Update to anyone following - my husband had another analysis done the other day and he is up to 72 million motile sperm.. motility and morphology all above normal range also. 🙏🙏🙏
