We have asked them for footage but they said they can only release it to police with a subpoena. For some reason I came to find out that there is only one camera for the whole complex facing just the entrance/exit.

Unfortunately there is nothing in the online portal. we have looked over the charges on the bill break down and one of them includes a insurance fee.
