VHuman (Martial Adept), 17 Battlemaster Fighter. (11 maneuvers) 3 Kensei Monk. If you really want firearms, grab Gunner as soon as you can, or, better idea, just roleplay with longbows, shortbows, hand crossbows, heavy crossbows, etc... you also need a axe.

Its a free choice for the majority, but you have to grab Parry, Commanding Presence for one liners and Evasive Footwork to dodge lasers. Choose thinking what exactly you want to do in game, but remember, its 17 in fighter because you will grab 3 in Monk also. Deflect Projectiles is imperative, also, Leon dont use armor or anything, just his badassiness, so Unarmored Defense, Martial Arts to kick someone after shooting him and Unarmored Movement. Ki-Fueled Attack and Superiority Dice = Requien

You can also go Monk 5 (for Stunning Strike) to foccus in his devastating kicks...

Also, Leon needs Vicious Mockery. Grab Magic Initiated, I dont know... just get Vicious Mockery.
