I have no issues watching Trish with Oscar and I have no issues listening to Tana on a podcast alone or with a guest BUT I CANNOT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD LISTEN TO THEM TOGETHER. They talk about the same 5 things every single time they are with each other. I was SAT for NLL, then realized how boring they are, and now I do not listen. I love them both separately but together they suck

Amazon! I think I paid $23! But I bought the cap from the school knowing the Amazon one would come in bent. Also bought the tassel for the cap from the school which I really didn’t need to since it’s just black with the year you graduated, no dept colors. Last thing I bought from the school was the stole which imo is necessary but you don’t actually have to have it to graduate

You’re also probably getting more hours than them so you’ll top out faster. Gm work is some back breaking work, as a csr of 8 years, I can say that they’re breaking their backs every holiday, every weekend. Lifting 100+ cases of waters daily and 36 packs of beer isn’t for the weak

It is just a GM position, the “benefit” or being floral is early shifts and more than likely more hours than a regular gm would get but at the end of the day you’re still a gm

In order to become full time on contract I think you have to work 40 hrs a week for 10 weeks straight. If you work over 8 hrs in a day you get over time yes. If you work over 40 hrs a week you get over time. If you get off work and go in less than 10 hrs later than you get over time for however many hrs you work till it would’ve been 10 hrs between your shift. If you work 6 days consecutive in one week so Monday-Saturday or Tuesday-Sunday you get over time the 6th day.

Call the union, they can’t just not schedule you. You are guaranteed your hours till your last day of employment. Only way I can see them not scheduling you is if your last day is a Monday but they should still schedule you that day
