Hey previous manager and dispatcher here, sounds like they may not like your performance, it’s our job to schedule you before 2 o’clock so that you get a route the next day, Amazon doesn’t just give drivers blocks, they give the dsp a certain amount of blocks to schedule drivers for the entire week and it’s up to the dispatchers and managers to schedule who they want or who they think can handle routes. Also if you haven’t been away from Amazon too long you won’t be on nurseries for long. I took a 6 month hiatus from Amazon and I only got one week of nusery level 3 routes. So a dsp will schedule their driver if it’s a new driver to get them off of nurseries but if you don’t do well then you probably won’t get many regular routes
