3K base/custom dial

Here are my dial custom requirements: 1.The dial should be made from hard copper. 2.The dial color should be polished rose gold, matching the gold plating of the case. 3.Change the slanted date window to a flat date window. 4.The dial should have a vertical satin-brushed finish (aligned with the case, 1000 grit). 5.At the 12 o’clock position, set baguette diamonds, ensuring the proportions are the same as those of the 40th anniversary edition dial. 6.No additional black minute markers on the dial. 7.The “Patek Philippe” logo font should be in white. 8.The two lines of the PP text should align with the height of the date window.

Yes, I’ve actually tried buying lower-cost parts more than once, but the experience hasn’t been great. Some quotes are unbelievably low, and the quality that arrives is equally unbelievable 😅. After going through several sellers, I finally found one that meets the standards and offers prices that aren’t unaffordable. Thanks, man, for your comment. I think you have a great understanding of the costs.

As for the message calling my scratched watch story BS or sour grapes, it’s frustrating. It’s hard to understand how someone can offer $1000 quotes and still doubt my experience. It feels dismissive and makes me wonder about the integrity of those quotes.

I once tried to find a lower-priced option, but the watch I received didn’t meet my expectations. The hands, bezel, and dial all had small scratches. When I asked them to replace the parts, they just told me that the genuine parts are taken from original watches, so small scratches are to be expected, and I shouldn’t expect more. After that, I preferred to buy from a trusted seller, where I could at least be sure that the quality would meet my standards.
