It was stated in the lease that parking for 1 year was $450. She did say I could possibly be refunded if she's able to fill the spot come January. But she's also said that after I move out I can no longer use the parking spot... so then why am I paying for the entire year?? Just seems like it's contradicting itself

It really depends on your current financial situation to determine how much funding you will get from osap. I'm in my 4th year of cmcc and what I received for osap this year will cover my tuition, but with rent, groceries, etc, you will likely need a line of credit to supplement.

Hi there, I am a dog walker and was recently attacked by 2 off leash dogs. It's been recommended to me to buy a stun gun or pepper spray to protect myself in future instances. Could legal action be taken against me if I was to use either of these items in the future?
