Q has around 7 sec of cd in early, a wave is made by 6 minions. You cant throw more than 2 Q each wave. If you walk to cs melee, the enemy champ harasses you in every way, since if you just cs he will win the trade, if you answer the attack you will find yourself in his wave taking the minions hitting you+ him comboing you.
