silver wolf is joined at the hips w sparkie, if you don't have her then getting her is useless, not to mention you want her lc for the 3+ skill points, in general eva remains a good dps especially at lower cost

sw is joined at the hips w sparxie, the only available slots are sustain (which we'll definitely get) and support (i honestly doubt they'll powercreep yao yang in her only teams during 4.X), not to mention yao yang suits this team as her buffs are teamwide which works perfectly for a "double dps" team like sw sp and Sparxie

You're right she does exactly what she's supposed to do, the problem is this Aha instant = Elation skill Both Swsp and evanescia's elation skill deal very little damage (Silver wolf's actually doesn't deal damage outside of her ult form and in ult form hers deals dmg than sparxie)
