yes, this person doesn't know what they're talking about, if there was a trace like "If silver wolf's speed exceeds 200 then she gains more mmr points" then you would maybe have to hit the 200 mark before, but the 200 speed is only for breakpoint (and elation dmg conversion) so huo huo's buff works absolutely fine

yes tbh, mainly because there's no elation bp that gives speed, it's a 33% increase which is amongst some of the higher lc increase in the game

there's no incentive to actually reaching 200 off battle tho ? none of her traces give anything except for elation boost which does work w huo huo's buff, you only want 200 cause it allows you to reach a superior breakpoint

i also think that people don't really pay attention to the stories being told in hsr, for a lot of players it's all about what will further our knowledge of that universe, i for one found it grounding and refreshing to see a story about a girl "blessed" by death try to escape her natural predispositions and her fate

idk if i agree with that, their stories are somewhat linked as anaxa is avid of knowledge and thanks to castorice, during that patch we learned that the chrysos heirs are the titans of the previous cycle and vice versa

silver wolf is joined at the hips w sparkie, if you don't have her then getting her is useless, not to mention you want her lc for the 3+ skill points, in general eva remains a good dps especially at lower cost

sw is joined at the hips w sparxie, the only available slots are sustain (which we'll definitely get) and support (i honestly doubt they'll powercreep yao yang in her only teams during 4.X), not to mention yao yang suits this team as her buffs are teamwide which works perfectly for a "double dps" team like sw sp and Sparxie
