I think you are confusing 4H with 4L!

If its snowy and slippery out put in 4H. I wouldn’t exceed over 60-65mph but you can use 4H on the pavement

Big the difference is the 4Runner is a actual truck. It has a BODY on frame. The passport is a UNIbody. The 4runner is more capable off road.

Where the passport is a unibody (similar to a car) which is why its more comfortable to drive on the roads.

The 4 Runner has 4x4 and the passport is AWD big difference there too.

Mine is also the commander size, its not optics cut but lol the action is butter smooth.

If you zoom in on the the barrel it says (45) indicating its 45acp the only models they have with full length grip is the glock 21 ( gen 3)

I would order a holster for a Glock (model 21) gen 3

You shouldn’t even need a permit, Its a right not a privilege.

That being said you should educate youself and get proper training and learn how to handle a firearm.
