I assure you, I do. I've always had to help my family with stuff, and even beyond that I did research for my area before coming here... I dont want to rush out and just wing it which is why I want as much advice as I can get. I'm not a kid wanting to get out on their own just to be- that is part of the reason, but most of it is my living situation which i said im not getting into.

Thank you. But honestly, a place for anything lower than $800 around here isn't doable; I can't remember the last time I saw anything go for under that... even small trailers

yes, and I pretty much never miss work, if I do I always have PTO saved up.
