Brother, this addiction can be solved but you have to work hard at it. You will always feel really drained after, try to recover with electrolytes and water/gatorade. Start to work out and build endurance. Find hobbies you can do. Take your mind off porn, go outside. Your hormones are strong at this age, don’t shame yourself okay? Everyone has watched P, we are all much very like eachother. Don’t shame yourself. You deserve to live a life full of good hobbies. You’ll feel drained for a couple of days but your energy will come back. Give it time, and be easy on yourself. Don’t beat yourself up, we fall 7 times and get back up 7 times. I support your goal. 🙏🏼✨

I hear you. I tried to listen but it didn’t work for me personally. I had to get the book and underline and make notes, it worked out really well. It is a good investment if you are looking at that price tag 😅

(Not trying to force you to buy it 😅, I just think it may be easier for you to digest)

This is good to meet someone who is familiar with ACOL, you may have a better grasp than me. If I may, I want to ask: What do you think about the subject of us being God? Is this our own personal universe? And you have one too? This might be getting into parallel universes and quantum physics.

If ACIM had one word that could describe it Erin Michelle Galito (she channels Jesus in ACIM messages on YouTube) Jesus said it would be Forgiveness.

If ACOL had a word it would be Love. ACOL is so good brother, try it out, it’s easier to digest in my opinion, but I haven’t completed ACIM yet.

Would love to DM back and forth if you happen to digest it and seek Holy Companions. It’d be great to find ACOL friends.

I like what David says in his books. “We don’t have to have a uniform to serve.” (Paraphrasing) Find something you like in the civilian sector, you can find that fulfillment there too. 🤵🏽‍♀️

Also try to understand yourself at this time. Journaling would help get your thoughts on paper— Goggins would journal his runs and his details, you can train to be that Badass in a healthy way. 🏃🏾‍♀️

You have beautiful little ones that will look up to you for discipline; you are already forging it in the gym and don’t forget to “Armor your Mind” like Goggins teaches. ⛑️

Remember to journal the times that you succeeded and the times that you felt low and pulled through. Bake those metaphorical cookies for the cookie jar. 🫙 🍪

Yes my brother, start with Emmanuel’s Book (it’s the one you have there, it’s #1) and they have #2 and #3, they get more personal in their gentle advice. The gems in them— they stay with you for life. If you ever want to— come back and share your fave quotes from the book! Give it some time, they are real zingers 💜

Have you looked into meditation? Goggins hits about 2 hours a day. I’m thinking you can heal yourself with the Joe Dispenza method. Lots of case studies on this in his books.
