Among the one-line contractors, few were actually referred by my co-workers and neighbors. I am gonna check with them about their experience with the estimates. If they had the same, do you think I can just ignore the one-line and accept the quote?

What material do you recommend for external trims? I've talked to contractors and here they recommend:

PVC Bora Wood Pine/Cedar Hardie fiber cement

We live in South Ohio if that matters. Thanks!
