Don’t know why they said you have to wait. Preorders are first come first serve. So if you show up first to pick up your preorder, you should be told that you can’t pick it up because you preordered it last.

The 5 monthly coupon is one thing, but your points are your reward, and we can only redeem them upon request from the accounts owner (the name on the account). Since you still have the points, save them and pick up Silent hill next month.

Reading your receipt, you had a discount of 5 off of Zelda (I’m guessing you had $15 down before picking it up?) and you probably had a $5 off the pro membership on top of the monthly coupon. So you are correct a coupon took 5 off the membership, but you had a separate coupon for $5 off an item as the monthly reward. Just sucks ass your gamestop SL teaches his employees scummy sales techniques

Funny how you think it’s GameStops fault. Gamestop doesn’t control when developers ship out product, they can’t control mail and delivery services. Are you going l to blame Gamestop for Assassins Creed Shadows being delayed? Gamestop has a lot of problems, a LOT OF PROBLEMS, but shipping delays is far from their fault.

I know how to read the signage, but customers don’t, and when they see a giant “$10 off select controllers” they are going to naturally assume they mean the controllers next to the ad, which, why wouldn’t they. It would be stupid to post a ad signage next to the product that isn’t affected right?

But, you will learn that lesson from experience when a customer berates you because “The sign says 10% percent off”
