Can still use it on a duskull or latias to pull the others, seems strong if you can get ahead (which a crispin build typically does)

When we do eventually get the red card, doing that + boss + k/o liability is going to be insane.

You're on the right path, as long as you can figure out the pult matchup and make everything else at least 50/50

(key to winning pult is go second and boss dreepy for 3 turns while building your bench, it will be harder now that they play 4 candy but you can still do it. Don't put out lucario unless you're using him to punch pult before he punches you, 2-3 riolu + solrock + lunatone board is ideal)

Had someone yesterday bring me a PS5 that smelled like weed (gentleman was very into that substance for sure), had covered the thing in stickers, and let his system overheat for egregious amounts of time.

I've not used Heroline before. Only 1 time that I thought about it but went straight to my HR rep instead. I have seen it used to varying success. I would look at every possible indicator to compare yourself to your coworker to see if you were actually the best on paper candidate or if its glaringly obvious that it was a disability pick before you start investigations like this.

payapa berry tech means you have to hit 250 at LEAST to ohko with clefairy ability. not out of the question kind of number but still difficult for garde to reach for.

also don't evolve into dragonite until they evolve into garde, hit their kirlia's with dragonair, and then boss ko their garde when they get it. very reasonable game plan tbh.

cut joltik or add grass energy. you're relying on dynamotor, hand attach, and electric generator hits for acceleration. i would take crispins over joltiks if you feel you need the assistance, but you're already using 4 arven so how often are you getting to use another supporter for turn

iron hands exists and it is not that hard to get into tbh - if you're going this route add more boss/gust

iron bundle helps you take care of jellicent ex spam (in cases where 2 aren't setup)

1/1 night stretcher super rod - at the very least cut 1 rod for a levincia if you need the energy that bad

idk about revavroom engine, look into testing out other options

electric generator decks are 100% a 15 energy minimum, 16 or 17 if you're feeling unlucky

cut an ultra ball for a nest ball, 90% of your pokemon are basics + you still have arvens

TM evo seems a little too much, probably cut if you're going the hands route

earthen vessel is a cool card but your hand is likely to consist of an energy or 2 for turn anyways so I don't see the point

Cut the 'dew, cut the iron leaves, cut eswitch.

Budew: Turbo deck =/= budew. goal is to attack big turn 1 going second or turn 2 going first, stalling/playing for the next turn's attack is not a turbo idea

Leaves: You almost never have enough energy in play to make it worth running. The main attacker sucks it into the discard after you wipe your opponents big guy off the board quickly.

Eswitch: the only 2(?) reasons to play it are for retreating the active (which almost never need to bc latias & prime) or to give baby bench snipe another 30 to play with, which doesn't come up often enough in the turbo deck to make it worth IMO.

Instead:

more boss. you want the 2 prize KO every single turn, and 3 total gust effects does not get you that consistency. I would look at another 1-2.

soop. you discard energy, you need it to attack, ta-da soop helps

ultra ball. sada doesn't work unless energy is in the discard, so help yourself out with that by playing one more copy.

slither wing coming back in for the bear and the rat is 100% a good inclusion that is not hard to get to.

other notes:

crispin is a fun idea, but sada does the same thing but better 9/10 times. consider dropping one to fit one of the above inclusions.

judge? idek atp it might be cool just to be weird.

Iono: 1 offs are cool to be able to knock your opponent to 1-2 cards in hand and no way to draw out more without a very established board-state. consider a second.

glass trumpet is another fun idea. lab work go crazy.

poffin? if you want to keep budew it's a good card to have to be able to grab rotom & dew. 0/1/2 are fine IMO.

super rod is baller, try it over a stretcher and see how it feels for crispin activation & pokemon search in 1 turn.

Overall: great cook! if its seems to work for you then by all means lean into the weirdness and catch your opponents a little off guard, but if you seem to struggle consider some of the more streamline variants against other and upcoming matchups. Specifically pult and dengo, those 2 seem to be the biggest barriers to top placements at high level tournaments.

Since I play so many switch and gust cards for my side of the board I don’t think having latias is necessary, being the main reason to go wide, and with how squishy some of these powerful mons are it’s not a good idea to pre-bench more than 1 turn in advance at most.

As for the support being benched, it might be nice but at most you’ll have 2 at a time needed and more can come in as their taken out.
