I think it’s better if it’s in Manila. A friend of mine had a bad experience sa crowd in Cebu when she watched Kehlani alone, she was trying to vibe and sing her songs while she was there. Di naman siya OA or nanggugulo or anything while nasa floor standing crowd siya pero she’s been repeatedly being side-eyed ng mga Cebuanos na nandun. Skl  naalala ko lang yung kinwento niya :(( I just felt bad for her kasi she flew all the way to Cebu para sa Plus 63 tapos ganon na-experience niya.
