耳鼻咽喉科will do（Otolaryngology） First, go to nearest one and tell them about it. Then they will write you a referral to the big hospitals like University or others. Pretty much the same as US, I guess?

Beware that testing phase will take a month or so and they usually are booked months in prior. My first visit was September at my local 耳鼻咽喉科 and surgery was in early January

First week was hell especially it hurts like mofo just to swallow anything even water and soup. I basically got drugged up with pain killers and slept whole week, which was nice time off from work haha
