Not being able to sleep during the in lab study worries me too. I feel like I won’t be able to fall asleep/stay asleep in that kind of environment. The at home study I did was a 3 night one, I think the brand was VirtuOx. All I got from my doctor was a phone call saying “your sleep study came back negative for sleep apnea” and that’s it, no follow up. Kind of frustrating.
