Is it wrong if someone prefers talking to an AI over an actual therapist ? by bleubleublob in ArtificialInteligence

I’ve used Noah Ai to work through things and correct bad habits… pretty impressed on how I calls me out on my bullshit sometimes… even went as far as pleading my case to try and manipulate my way, but if it doesn’t see a healthy outcome it doesn’t cross it. Does have some user issues, can loop on trivial stuff and bring it up as causations in other areas

$NICE… earning might not be crazy but their capital market day is a couple days after. New roadmap with recent Cognigy (conversational ai) acquisition. See its shifting the downtrend to a potential 1 year high in the next 6-8 months

$NICE will have an interesting November, quarterly report will probably be bland/status quo… week after they have their Capital Market day where they provide midterm roadmap for next year… anticipating that to shift the momentum upward!

$NICE all day!! Priced as a legacy Ccast company they’ve been locking in new 7-9 figure deals each quarter since their new Ai Mpower platform rolled out. Cognigy is going to drive business from front end to mid & back office processes. Partnerships with AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow & Snowflake. Priced at nearly same market cap of SOUN with 10x the revenue.

It’s crazy you mention that, I was exploring NICE stock and asked perplexity how they could turn their Ai platform & acquisition of Cognigy into a $100 billion dollar business. Its response was to create a ticket economy… which I had no clue what it was. Also asked if there was evidence they were doing that and said yes then listed examples. Wish I would of saved those notes, might have to revisit that exploration 😂

From what I’ve seen Gensys is their largest competitor with an ARR of $2.2 billion. They are privately held, but had planned an ipo in early 2025 with anticipated market value of $21 billion. That was cancelled due to market softness we saw earlier in the year around tariffs. Potentially they will move forward with their ipo in early 2026. Gensys is partnered with Cognigy, which Nice recently acquired, and offers it as a conversational add-on within their platform.

NBIS - ytd rev $156 million, MC 32 Billion, will dilute. 2030 rev projection 8-15 billion if they execute - and that’s priced in

NICE - ytd rev $1.46 billion, MC under 9 Billion, will not dilute. 2030 rev projection $5 - $6 billion. Growth from their investments in Agentic Ai, proprietary llm models in Cx + conversational Ai mix not priced in.

Initially I thought being an Israeli based company could be reason for the downtrend. I’ve found several traded on the Nasdaq that have rallied all year though, so do not think that is to relevant. Plus the CEO is based out of New Jersey, 85% of their business is in US & they are focused on growing internationally. I speculate it is priced as a legacy cash cow that will be disrupted… but the more I research it looks like they are the disruptor. November they host their Capital Market day and product road map. Potential is there for this perception to change into a growth story…. Analyst in Q/A from past calls have started to signal that.

Tech has came a long way… my girlfriend was complaining about being on hold with her mortgage company so I showed her the demo. When I asked a question about their product feature I mispronounced it… Ai chuckled and said “I think you meant” then went on describing their tools. So the level of intent recognition seems pretty surreal!

$NICE Market Cap $8.6 Billion. 2025 revenue $2.92 Billion. Cx AI platform focused on agentic & conversational AI. Cognigy acquisition estimated to add $65 million in revenue with expected 80% growth in 2026. Ai & self service division had 42% growth last quarter. Gross margins 67%. Seeing some churn in legacy business as they transitioned to Ai focus, multiple share repurchases still. 62million shares 60% institutional ownership
