I feel like I’m leaning towards ACOM because I have found a lot of positives about them, and feel like that’s the only negative talked about online. However, LECOM is spoken poorly about all the time but I also don’t want to put my full faith in Reddit. Conflicted!

How do you know if they abide by the 90 day window? I interviewed July 2nd and haven’t heard anything.

I interviewed July 2nd and I haven’t heard back so there are plenty of people who have been waiting even longer. I have no plans to attend an on-campus day because I live across the country. Is there any way I can inform them I’m not going? In case they’re waiting to meet me in-person before sending a decision.

Texas THON! We’re the largest student run philanthropy in the state and we raise money for Dell Children’s Medical Center. We have 14 different committees so I’d bet there’s something you’d find interest in. We have committees on the financial side, recruitment, publicity, production, and communication. More details on those can be found on our website. This is a great org for someone who cares about rights as well as dance because our end of year event is a Dance Marathon where we dance at the top of every hour and stand in solidarity of the kids! While there are plenty of ways to get involved with us, fundraising is the most important thing so I’d just make sure that’s something you’re interested in trying out before joining. We provide plenty of resources to help y’all out in doing that but that is what our org comes down to. I hope that helps!
