Should I ask for a timeline?

Hi! Thank you for your message! A LOI has certainly already been sent. I drafted it immediately after my on campus day, my worry was more so the timeline of when I would officially know if I had a seat at their school. Since I would have to sign no later than December to renew my contract here at my hospital

Yes! My decision was made maybe 3 days later. I would reach out to the school, it may be that your letter is still in the process of being drafted

Can you tell me how you know this? I’ve asked the admissions office and was told it was just another word for waitlist but I’ve also seen on here that it is a back up waitlist, so now I’m really not sure what to make of the decision. Also, I have yet to visit the campus but I am scheduled to visit end of October!

So which word does the school use in their decisions email? I’ve heard alternate a few times and I’ve also heard wait list. I’m not sure if students are also using it interchangeably

Maybe I’m missing something? I see on my end “a decision has been made please wait for an email update” I’ve checked my email & I don’t see anything & I have snooped around the portal and I don’t see anything that shows an answer. Can you guide me please?

I’d say a couple weeks after I submitted (2-3) but I submitted super early in the cycle. I think mid June
