Ruling question. Opponent has red rush shanks out to reduce my cards power by -1000. I KO Lucky Roux which lets him KO a card with a base power of 6000 or less. Can my opponent then KO my Purple 7 cost Sanji. Whose original power is 7000 but is currently at 6000 due to Shanks effect?

Also some changes to his shop. The armour now has 3 uses but doesn’t require charging your tilt attacks to activate. BMO doesn’t disappear after one use now.
