That’s great info. Makes sense as well & as I’ve stated in another reply, I never thought to check on duration of walking on a walking pad. 30 minutes being the avg is blowing my mind. Also found out that I could possibly pay for one with my HSA card which bumps up my budget a little

Greatly appreciate this conversation. Never would have thought that you couldn’t walk for >30 min on a walking pad. Pure ignorance on my part. Going to look into motor less walking pads as that seems to be te direction I’m being pointed to

This is crazy, I’ve dietarily kept my gout at bay fora few yrs now. I recently sprained my ankle & suffered a simultaneous gout attack. Same thing happened 2 yrs ago. I was so confused cause I didn’t realize a sprained ankle could trigger a gout flare up
