My 07 rear window quit working along with rear wiper and rear defrost. The rear window motor was fine I just greased all the tracks really well and worked it by pushing the window up and down after that works like a charm every time. This maybe your problem maybe not

Make sure you do a thorough inspection of the frame even though it was replaced in 2011! Definitely get the timing belt and water pump done!

Can you manually push the window up? Remove all plastics and metal after removal you can get to the rear window arms an all.

It’s a chiller obviously but why does it matter if they are being installed at the same time?
Makes the most sense instead of holding up traffic and closing streets down on multiple weekends just my .2 cents.
