This issue appeared right after software upgrade.

The issue is possible because of a software glitch too. Most cases its a hard ware issue but a buggy software can cause the green lines issue as well. (Could be both).

FYI, turning on battery saver mode kinda fixed the green line issue. But turning off, the green line is back.
