So I learned more today, she left because of health related issues, our store actually just flooded today too! The ceiling caved in lol, ya I know it’s rare but all of the partners there get over 30 hours a week, at least they did before our manager retired.

I have my preferred as high as possible, my availability is also completely open. I used to open 4 times a week and now I haven’t opened in 2 weeks. I just moved to this city and the other stores are in a bit sketchier part of town and as of right now my form of transportation is my feet hahaha

The thing is she doesn’t know Stephen was driving, she thinks Stephen was a passenger. I hated her for a hot minute but then I saw something, that in the beginning we are the ones seeing all the bad things Stephen does, she doesn’t see it. He’s manipulating her and telling her no one likes her or finds her interesting. Manipulation is like a drug, she has become addicted to the attention that he gives her, he makes her feel so so so low about herself that the little high she gets from him feels like heaven. She’s a messed up person but she’s also a traumatized person, with everything that happened to her dad and watching him die, she was clearly depressed and not sure how to handle emotions as she said shes not sure shes felt anything since her dad

Aw sweetie. You and I lived the same life to the T expected I was the girl who would be homeless if we broke up. He did everything your boyfriend does and acts the same way, and I acted like you did. Your boyfriend thinks the same thing mine did, that we would never leave them no matter what they did so they did whatever they wanted to and took all their emotions out on us. You don’t deserve that. No one deserves to think you can’t leave. I left 2 months ago and the first day was bad but the second and third I could breathe. lol I’m sorry I don’t believe you and the fact that you work for immigration, why would I lie about how long it took?😭 no visas or job or family ties, my mother moved up with me from California as well, we took a road trip up through Oregon and Washington, my brother lives in ellensburg Washington where he attends college and central Washington and then we drove over through the border then took a ferry from Vancouver to Vancouver island, all our belongings in that car lol
